Our Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation
€20 non-refundable deposit required for each booking. Deposit deducted at your appointment. Unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows result in loss of deposit. No exceptions.
3. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment. Deposit forfeited if late beyond reasonable time.
4. Work from Other Salons
We do not refill work done elsewhere. New full set required for product safety. Existing set removal must be booked.
5. Removal Service
50% off removal when booked with another treatment.
6. Nail Repair Policy
Free repairs within 7 days. After 7 days, €5 per nail. Damage from misuse not covered.
7. Nail Art & French
Please pre-book nail art or French designs. Unbooked designs may not be possible.
8. Pricing & Nail Art
All base prices include colour only. Partial nail art (2 nails): €5. Full nail art (10 nails): double price.
9. Age Policy
No nail extensions for clients under 17 years (even with consent).
